I used coloured engobes to paint the floral pattern on this mug. Some parts of the design are gently carved - around the flowers and on the handle - adding texture and depth to the surface. Several layers of transparent glaze bring out a natural shine. This mug is one of a kind - a completely unique piece.
The clay is fired at high temperatures, resulting in a durable and sturdy piece that is both microwave and dishwasher safe. The glaze applied to each mug is lead-free, ensuring a safe drinking experience.
